What is Apro?

Apro is the fermentation broth after the extraction of amino acids (methionine, tryptophan, valine, etc.). A large amount of mycoprotein

produced in the biological fermentation process is retained, concentrated and dried. The process produces high content of lysine, methionine,

glutamic acid, tryptophan, unknown growth factor, and vitamins.
